At Deklination Trainer, we value and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how data is handled across our iOS and Android mobile applications in accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies.

2. Offline-First Architecture & Local Data Storage

Our application operates with an offline-first architecture:

• Learning Progress & Streaks: Your CEFR level progress (A1 to C1), daily streak, and questions stored in the Mistake Vault are saved locally on your device using secure local storage (SQLite / SharedPreferences).
• No Mandatory Account: You can practice without creating an account or providing your name, email, or telephone number.

3. Device Permissions & Audio Playback

Audio playback utilizes text-to-speech mechanisms solely to output native German pronunciations. No microphone recordings or voice data are captured, transmitted, or stored.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EEA). The application contains no behavioral tracking or third-party profiling.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You have the right to reset all local progress at any time within the app settings. Deleting the application from your device permanently removes all locally stored exercise data.
