1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Deklination Trainer mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Store terms (Apple App Store / Google Play).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, educational content, graphics, cartoon characters, audio files, and source code are the proprietary intellectual property of the developer. No portion may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without prior written consent.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Any paid features or optional premium subscriptions are processed via Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle in your account settings.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain complete grammatical accuracy across all German levels, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service.
